At ThunderMax, we’re committed to getting your order out the door fast and into your hands with zero hassle. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are based on the shipping option you select and your location.
Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (US): 1–3 business days
International Shipping: Varies by destination

Carriers We Use: We ship through trusted carriers like UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Carrier options may vary based on your location and the contents of your order.
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only): We ship to all 50 states, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses (restrictions may apply depending on the carrier).
International Shipping:We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
Important: ThunderMax is not responsible for delays due to customs or international transit issues beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder. Still nothing? Shoot us a message at support@thunder-max.com.
Shipping Issues
• Wrong address? Contact us before the item ships and we’ll fix it. Once it’s out the door, we can’t reroute it.
• Lost or damaged package? If your order is lost or arrives damaged, email us within 5 business days. We’ll help sort it out with the carrier.
• Carrier delays: We aren’t responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or natural disasters—but we’ll do our best to help you track things down.
